Jigs and Zunga visited students at several schools in Powell River and qathet in January of 2023 with their book as part of their Family Literacy Week tour. Isabelle talks to students about the origin of the breed, why these dogs are so unique and of course Jigs and Zunga, who both have their Canadian Kennel Club Canine Good Neighbour certification, enjoy pats from the students! Their session ends with Isabelle reading their story.
